Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Items that cannot be returned.

• Perishable goods
• Personal care items
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final-sale items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you need an exchange for a different size or variant, please contact us once you have your support email ready.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
